Ingredients

  • 6 oz jamur bersihkan dan potong tipis
  • 1 oz bawang bombay potong dadu kecil
  • 1 oz margarine
  • 1 oz tepung
  • 2 cup kaldu ayam
  • ½ cup susu (half & half)
  • secukupnya garam
  • secukupnya merica putih
  • secukupnya pala

Instructions

  1. Gunakan wajan untuk melehkan margarine. Masukkan jamur dan bawang Bombay, masak sampai harum.
  2. Tambahkan tepung, campur hingga matang dan rata.
  3. Tambahkan kaldu ayam, aduk terus sampai agak mengental.
  4. Matikan kompor dan diamkan sebentar agar lebih dingin.
  5. Masukkan Half & Half, garam, merica putih dan pala.
  6. Panaskan sebentar saja, dan siap untuk disajikan.
