Ingredients

  • 250 gr gula merah
  • dua lembar daun pandan
  • 250 gr santan
  • 2 liter air matang
  • 1/2 sendok makan garam
  • 1 kg singkong dikukus dan dikupas
  • 1 kg ubi jalar potong seukuran sekali makan
  • 8 buah pisang raja potong dengan ketebalan dua sentimeter
  • 100 gr kolang kaling

Instructions

1. Masak air dan santan di atas api sedang dalam panci besar.

2. Ketika air mulai mendidih, masukkan ubi jalar dan gula merah.

3. Atur apik kecil, bila mulai medidih, kecilkan lagi apinya. Lakukan ini selama 30 menit.

4. Tambahkan singkong yang telah dikukus dan masak selama beberapa menit.

5. Tetap memasak dengan api kecil. Terus aduk selama 10-15 menit.

6. Usahakan jangan berhenti mengaduk. Jika tidak minyak kelapa akan terpisah dari susu dan membuat rasa kolak menjadi terlalu berminyak.


7. Dapat disajikan hangat maupun dingin

8. Kolak dapat disimpan di lemari pendinging dan dipanaskan berulang kali
