Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki

Japanese food named Sukiyaki. Sometimes we have to try it if we love to eat it. Give it a shot :)

Ingredients

  • 750 grams beef sukiyaki
  • 4 leeks cut oblique
  • 4 pieces mushrooms hioko brewed hot water
  • 100 grams spinach brewed hot water
  • 50 grams glass noodles brewed hot water
  • 2 pieces out cut into pieces
  • 4 pieces eggs beaten
  • 5 sheets white mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter / margarine
  • 50 cc sake (for sauce)
  • 250 cc hot water (for sauce)
  • 6 teaspoons granulated sugar (for sauce)

How to Cook:

Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth and sugar dissolves, set aside.
  2. Heat the margarine, then enter the beef, cook until the color changes with the occasional reversed.
  3. Enter some sauce, bring to a boil, then enter the leeks, mushrooms hioko, spinach, glass noodles, tofu, white mustard, and remaining sauce, cook until done over medium heat without stirring though, lift.
  4. Take the chopsticks one of the ingredients that have been cooked, then dip into beaten eggs before being eaten.
  5. If you do not like raw eggs, the eggs can be incorporated into sukiyaki before being picked up from the fire.
