Toge Goreng Bogor

Toge Goreng Bogor

Kendati namanya toge goreng tetapi dalam pengolahannya tidak ada proses penggorengannya sama sekali. Penggunaan wajan datar dan serok yang dipakai untuk meracik mie dan tauge mungkin yang disebut ‘proses menggoreng’ walaupun cara itu sebenarnya adalah proses merebus (tanpa banyak air).

Ingredients

  • 4 buah tahu putih potong dadu, rebus 5 menit, sisihkan
  • 3 batang daun bawang iris halus
  • 3 buah cabai merah keriting haluskan
  • 6 buah bawang merah haluskan
  • 5 sdm Tauco

Instructions

Cara membuat kuah:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus dan daun bawang hingga harum dan matang
  2. Masukkan tauco, aduk rata
  3. Masukkan oncom, aduk rata
  4. Tambahkan air matang, kecap, garam dan gula secukupnya, aduk rata
  5. Masak hingga matang dan kuah meniris -kira-kira 10 menit-
  6. Angkat

Cara penyajian:

  1. Atur mie, toge dan tahu di atas piring, siram dengan kuah
  2. Tambahkan sambal cabai rawit jika kurang pedas
