Marutama Ramen

Hmm I should done this posting earlier.. Nowadays, so many ramen stalls mushrooming in Jakarta.. I'm quite sure all ramen lovers familiar already with Marutama Ramen..The menu is simple, only three ramen variations that they offer and some lightly bites..Get curious with it, I visited their first branch here, in Central Senayan Building.. You can access it from the foodhall in Plaza Senayan, walk through Warung Podjok Restaurant and you will find the entrance to Central Senayan Building..The place is minimalis, clean and tidy..Gyoza (28K) as always for the appetizer, steamed Japanese dumplings serve in chili oil sauce.. It has thin skin texture and juice filling...Karashi Ramen (52K) for my friend.. Chicken based soup ramen and simply served with sliced roast pork/charsiu.. The soup is not too thick and the pork charsiu is also tender..For me, I ordered Aka-Ramen (65K).. Ramen with chicken meatballs in ground nuts mixture chicken soup, I love this mild spicy soup... The soup is a bit different from the other one, it's a bit nutty and tastier..Smooth ramen.. Slllurrpp.. Their ramen is thin n soft, but sometimes it too soft for my liking.. People just have different preferences rite?Marutama ramen serve a chicken soup based ramen, so it's consider to be more healthy and has lighter tasting broth.. So far I know, Marutama is one of some best ramen in Singapore..
